Think you’ve got what it takes to take on a HYROX-style challenge? We’re bringing the energy, the grit, and the signature HYROX vibe to Lincoln, Nebraska with our very first Mini Rox—a condensed version of the global fitness race that’s taken the world by storm.
🔥 What is it?
A 1-day, fast-paced HYROX-style event open to individuals or pairs. Shorter than a full race but still 100% HYROX. This is your chance to push limits, race for time, and feel the hype.

Waves of 3 people or 3 teams every 10 minutes starting at 7:00 AM.
Start times will be emailed 1 week prior to race day.
💲 Registration: $25/person
Individuals or Doubles—price is per entrant / ticket
